We have a very thorough review process throughout the Academy and beyond. Constant communication and constructive feedback is central to performance and your growth. You will have scheduled progress meetings with seniors and peers to enable you to develop and learn. During these meetings you will also have the opportunity to raise any questions and concerns you may have and to ask for any additional support required.

PROBATION

Probation is a time for both you and us to work together to access whether the role and our agency are right for each other. Use this time to immerse your self in your role, our clients and the agency.

Across probation you will have regular catch ups with your line manager to talk through your progress and experience.

You will notice how quickly you will learn and integrate yourself in the team across this period, so naturally our expectations of you will change by month:
