Salaries are paid into your bank account monthly on the 25th day of the month. If the 25th falls on a weekend, your salary will be paid on the Friday before.
Salaries are based on experience and performance and are reviewed in line with your review schedule, however there is no guarantee that your pay will rise.

The Company will comply with any duties it may have in respect of part 1 of the Pensions Act 2008.
The Company is currently using the “The People’s Pension” pension scheme. Membership of the scheme is strictly subject to the rules of the scheme as amended from time to time. The Company reserves the right to vary or discontinue any scheme in place from time to time.
Everyone on the team (aged 22 and over) is automatically enrolled in the company pension scheme. Contributions are in line with the government regulations:
Currently employee contributions - 5% and employer contributions - 3%

Occasionally you may have out of pocket expenses that you need to claim back. You can do this via FreeAgent or the FreeAgent app.
Expenses will be paid on the last Friday of each month provided that all receipts are submitted. Please submit expenses on a regular basis. Preferably fortnightly, but no later than one month after you’ve incurred the expenses.
All receipts must show detailed information such as the date, vendor name, description of items/services and the amount paid.
If you are required to travel for work purposes beyond your typical work arrangements, you will be reimbursed for any reasonable and necessary travel expenses. If not provided, you will also be reimbursed for reasonable meal expenses whilst attending offsite meetings or when attending external training sessions.
