This is a discretionary and non-contractual bonus scheme and is intended to recognise and reward the contribution and hard work of all our people. The bonus is linked to agency performance turnover targets and is tiered into three levels based on scaling targets.

The operation of the scheme, including all aspects of its design and calculations of any payments due under it, may be varied from time to time.

The amount payable may vary annually.

Scheme Period

The scheme operates on a bi-annual basis, with targets set and assessed quarterly.

Achieved quarterly targets are accrued, meaning that performance achievements within a quarter are carried forward and counted towards the bi-annual assessment.

Payments are made in the July payroll for Period 1 and in the January payroll for Period 2.

Participation

All permanent team members are eligible to participate, subject to being in employment during the eligible time.

Team members who join after the start of the scheme period and who meet the other eligibility criteria participate on a pro rata basis, based on completed months of service.

Team members contracted to work part-time (normally less than 37.5 hours per week) will participate based on their pro rated salary.

Team members who have left the agency or who are serving their notice period ahead of the bi-annual payment date are not eligible.

Bonus Fund

The team will be informed quaterly of the agency revenue targets, by bonus level, for the upcoming scheme period.
