We recognise the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in enhancing our operations and serving our clients effectively. It is imperative that all employees using AI technology adhere to the following guidelines to ensure ethical, legal, and secure use:
Employees using AI technology must adhere to this policy and all Company Policies related to technology use, ethics, and compliance. It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure that their use of AI aligns with our values and principles.
If employees have any questions or uncertainties regarding the safe and ethical use of AI, they must seek clarification from the appropriate channels before using AI technology.
AI tools should not be used to generate content that is unethical, illegal, or harmful to any person or entity. Employees must uphold the highest standards of integrity and refrain from engaging in any activities that compromise our ethical standards.
Employees must protect Company and client confidential information and intellectual property at all times. This includes refraining from using copyrighted source code, trade secrets, proprietary information, intellectual property, customer information, personally-identifiable information (PII), or Company internal communications as input into AI technology.
Employees are required to carefully evaluate the output of AI assistants for accuracy and potential legal exposure before using that output. This evaluation is necessary even for explicitly approved usage of AI assistants.
It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure that their use of AI technology aligns with our Core Values. AI usage should support our commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability.
