For everyone else, across your first six months at Distinctly you will also be learning continuously.

GETTING TO KNOW DISTINCTLY

• Be familiar with our agency vision, mission and values, see more on those here:

  WHAT MAKES US DISTINCTLY

• Be familiar with all our clients and what they do

• Attend training about our core processes and procedures, and subsequently follow these processes

BUILDING YOUR KNOWLEDGE

• Ask questions …. all the time… to get clarity and gather new knowledge
• Attend all internal training, and absorb knowledge from other teams

GROWING KEY RELATIONSHIPS

• Attend the office as per your contract, weight your days to when your immediate team are in
• Get to know our team and if you get lost on names refer to our Agency Organigram

HAVING STRONG COMMUNICATION

• Connect regularly with your core team using our communication channels:

  COMMUNICATION

• Open up with your line manager, talk about what your enjoying, what's been challenging and how you can work together to improve ways of working

• Open up with your wider team, and don’t be afraid to offer other constructive feedback
