Attend training about our core processes and procedures, and subsequently follow these processes
Connect regularly with your core team using our communication channels:
Open up with your line manager, talk about what your enjoying, what's been challenging and how you can work together to improve ways of working
Open up with your wider team, and don’t be afraid to offer other constructive feedback
