PROBATION

Ongoing employment at Distinctly is dependent upon the successful completion of your probation period (your first six months). During the probationary period you are expected to familiarise yourself with the expectations of your role, the agency, our clients and ways of working.

YOUR FIRST SIX MONTHS

If during your probationary period your conduct or performance does not meet the required standards, your employment may be terminated. The termination of your employment could follow a Probationary Review Meeting with your manager, during your sixth month of employment. However this could be completed at an earlier stage if deemed appropriate by your manager or at a later period if your probationary period is extended.
