LINE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME
The aim of our line management training program is to equip new line managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead, motivate, and manage their reports.
The training programme is conducted over three months and includes:
MONTH ONE: FOUNDATIONS OF LINE MANAGEMENT
- Introduction to Line Management: Understanding the role, responsibilities, and expectations of a line manager.
- Effective Communication Skills: Techniques for clear, concise, and empathetic communication with team members.
MONTH TWO: DEVELOPMENT AND GOAL SETTING
- Development Process: Exploring our development process, including conducting development 1:1s and review meetings.
- Goal Setting: Setting SMART objectives effectively.
MONTH THREE: CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
- Providing Constructive Feedback: Techniques for giving feedback that encourages growth and improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Strategies for identifying, addressing, and resolving conflicts.
