LINE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME

The aim of our line management training program is to equip new line managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead, motivate, and manage their reports.

The training programme is conducted over three months and includes:

MONTH ONE: FOUNDATIONS OF LINE MANAGEMENT


MONTH TWO: DEVELOPMENT AND GOAL SETTING


MONTH THREE: CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
